About Us

Located in the in the north coast seaside town of Malahide, 9 miles from Dublin, you will find the original Gibney’s pub, owned and run by the Gibney family since 1937.

Nestled beneath Daffodil Mulligan Restaurant in Old Street, 3 legends of hospitality have come together to bring the same charm, atmosphere and hospitality of Gibney’s to London.

With over a century of hospitality experience between them, Tony Gibney (after which the bar is named), Richard Corrigan (Corrigan’s Mayfair, Bentley’s Oyster Bar & Grill, Virginia Park Lodge) and John Nugent (Kings Place Events, Sea Containers) share an ethos of traditional Irish hospitality, where customers become friends. Mixing the spirit of an Irish pub, the dining experience of a top restaurant and the welcome you’d expect from your local but in five-star surroundings, Gibney’s is a local melting pot for all – whether it’s dining, watching live music and sports, or throwing a party to remember.

We can host private dining events for 50, receptions for up to 100 or anything in between. Whatever your reason for visiting Gibney’s London, be sure to know that we will make you and your guests feel at home while providing the same exceptional food, drink and friendly service you would expect from the Irish.
